For effectiveness verification, we used the SPSS 18 program and ANOVA to compensate for limitations and supplement an analysis of content. Overall, the program resulted in a meaningful improvement in self-understanding and understanding others as a quantitative output. And as an analysis of content, participants report some positive techniques geared toward their own self-understanding. As a result, the program, resulting from this study, proves that the Mother' Self-Reflection Program is effective at helping mothers understand themselves and mother-child interaction and result in positive changes on mother-child relationships based on self-reflection.
